Onsite Event Management:

Objectives.
To create, manage and staff an onsite, multi-faceted event and conference for NBUPA in Paris, during the run-up to the Paralympic Games.
Solution.
We created a week-long event in the centre of Paris for a host of Paralympic athletes, including a client conference for 40 VIPs, gala dining and hosted drinks. We sourced all venues, managed onsite transfers for guests and employees, and arranged a two-day private photo shoot in a Paris chateau.

Frank’s Hot Sauce:
FMCG Campaign.

Objectives.
To celebrate the launch of Frank’s Hot Sauce in McDonald’s, we were tasked with raising awareness of the collaboration by creating a bespoke prize package to New York—the home of Frank’s Hot Sauce—that embodied the brand’s spirit.

Working with the Shopper Marketing team, we curated the ultimate Frank’s Hot Sauce weekend with multiple brand-infused activities throughout—even ensuring that wherever the winners dined, Frank’s was on the menu.

Airbnb
Full Contest Management:

Objectives.
To celebrate and fulfil a pan-European activation where one winner and five guests travelled by train to some of the most stunning historic homes in the Airbnb portfolio.
Solution.
We managed the entire promotional mechanic, reviewing and judging over 32,000 entries and creating a shortlist of 10. Once a winner was selected by the Airbnb panel, our team delivered a bespoke experience across Europe, facilitated all train travel across five countries, and even created a branded film.

FMCG On Pack

Objectives.
New to the world of on-pack promotions, Futura Food asked for our full support in bringing to life their first B2C campaign. With no prior experience in promotional marketing, they relied on us to guide them through every stage, from concept to delivery.

We were approached by Eurail to create an immersive and engaging experience across Europe for a group of influencers. The campaign was designed to highlight hidden gems in each city, giving Eurail unparalleled reach and coverage.

Britvic & Robinsons
On Pack Campaign:

Objectives.
To celebrate the launch of new Robinsons flavours, we were asked by Britvic to support and deliver an ambitious on-pack campaign that gave winners the chance to have their room made over by celebrity designer Siobhan Murphy, along with hundreds of additional prizes.
Solution.
We managed the complete winner process—from sourcing tradespeople across the UK and overseeing their home renovations, to sourcing and sending more than 200 Robinsons hampers to lucky runners-up.

Monopoly
Prize Fulfilment & Live Event:

Objectives.
Monopoly were running a live and digital event to launch Monopoly World Tours. They required themed prizes inspired by the board game, a way for people to register and enter the competition, and an agency to manage the complete prize journey.
Solution.
We created a suite of themed prizes from the board game for winners to choose from. We also built a branded entry portal, enabling both live event attendees and those unable to attend to participate.

Objectives.
Greene King brand Abbot Ale were looking to activate an on-pack partnership for their autumn campaign. Tasked with complementing their brand identity, offering a unique partnership, and remaining true to their loyal customer base, we created a shortlist of potential brand partners.
Solution.
We sourced and brokered a partnership with English Heritage, patrons of more than 400 historic sites ranging from castles to country houses. The clear brand association worked perfectly for Abbot Ale, allowing us to create a suite of relevant and engaging prizes.
